Designer Sought for Preparation of Technical Documentation for Construction of Access Roads to Prokop Railway Station

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has published the tender for the services of the preparation of the technical documentation for the execution of works on the construction of traffic routes with infrastructure for access to the Prokop Railway Station – second phase.

The estimated value of the job is RSD 25 million.

According to the technical specification of the job, in the first stage, the subject of the tendering documentation entails the preparation of the projects of re-parcellation, preliminary design, Project for the building permit/preliminary design and Main Design for the construction of the traffic route with infrastructure for access to the Prokop Railway Station from the A-1 Highway, with roundabouts. The job also encompasses the preparation of the preliminary design of the project with a feasibility study, the project for the building permit/preliminary design, the main design for the needs of the construction of connections to the A-1 Highway.

The second stage of the tendering documentation entails the preparation of the preliminary design, the project for the building permit/preliminary project and the main design for the construction of the traffic route with accompanying infrastructure in the part of Labska and Prokopacka streets from the traffic routes for access to the Prokop Railway Station from the A-1 Highway to Gucevska Street. Within this stage, the preparation of the preliminary design of the distribution water network in the regulation of the existing traffic route, as well as the main design, is planned.

The subject of this public procurement procedure is the preparation of the technical documentation for the construction of traffic routes with infrastructure for access to the Prokop Railway Station – second phase, which enables a direct connection of the A-1 Highway with the Prokop Railway Station.

From the direction of New Belgrade, the existing diverging lane is to be kept, and in the position of the existing three-way intersection on the highway cote, a roundabout is planned, through which the traffic flows into the second planned roundabout, which provides access to the BIP complex, the BUS terminal, 93 Street and Prokopacka Street.

From the direction of Nis, the traffic flows are directed through the three-way intersection at the highway level by a leftward turn to the de-levelled passageway beneath the highway and further toward the area that is the subject of the plan, says the technical specification of the job.
