AIK Banka and Nasa AIK Banka Under One Name

Nine months after the acquisition, AIK Banka has carried out the process of the legal merging of Nasa AIK Banka.

– This merger will provide our clients with an expanded business network, an upgraded range of banking products and an even better user experience – says the bank’s press release.

The president of the Executive Board of AIK Banka, Jelena Galic, pointed out that the speed and the quality of the execution of the consolidations confirmed the quality and efficiency of AIK Banka, “as well as the dedication of all the employees to the strategic orientation toward the further growth and development”.

– With the successful completion of another stage of our development, we are continuing our operations strengthened, with a larger number of clients, employees, branch offices and services. The size of our assets is now nearly four billion, with a market share of 9% – Galic said.

As she said, the carried out integration is also a step forward in the bank’s strategic goal, which is for AIK Banka to be one of the leading banking groups in the region in the coming period, “a strong pillar of the economy and a support to the community”.

It is reminded that AIK Banka is one of the leading banks in Serbia with a tradition 45 years long and that, in 2019, it became the first bank from Serbia to step into the market of the European Union.
