AVR Solar Park Planning Construction of Solar Power Plant in Smederevo

The company AVR Solar Park from New Belgrade is the initiator of the preparation of the draft detailed regulation plan of the solar power plant in Saraorci in Smederevo, which was prepared by Markom Project Line from Belgrade.

The area covered by the plan is located in the settlement of Saraorci and takes up the area between the IIA-grade state road no. 158 – Kralja Aleksandra Street, local road – Radeta Markovica Street to the south, the one-track railway Mala Krsna – Velika Plana to the west and the neighboring parcels primarily designated as arable agricultural areas.

The land which is the subject of the plan is located in the construction area of the settlement, and the majority of the territory is used as privately-owned agricultural land.

– The construction of a solar power plant with a total capacity of around 12 MW is planned, of which the maximum installed power of the solar power plant in the first phase is up to 10 MW and then an additional 2 MW in the second or other remaining phases. The exact power of the power plant will depend on the technological characteristics of the installed panels. The total power of one or more power plants, whose realization will be carried out in line with the rules of this Plan, depends on the choice of the panel type and their individual power – says the DRP, which is available for public inspection.

The plan also defines the possibility of the phase-based realization of a solar power plant on each construction parcel, up to the maximum planned capacities and in line with the rules of development and construction.

Within one solar power plant complex, the following structures can be planned:
– photovoltaic panels;
– inverters;
– transformation station;
– command-supervision building (container-type facility for the accommodation of people and the equipment for the monitoring of the power plant’s operations);
– power line network and TC network;
– internal roads and parking spaces;
– other infrastructural network and infrastructural facilities (septic tank, well etc.);
– fence.

Access road for other purposes is also planned, with a connection to the state road route, through which the following would be connected in terms of traffic: areas meant for the solar power plant, areas for the infrastructural facility – PRP (connection electrical substation) and, as per need, areas planned for business, storage and office features.
