CCIS and DAS Taking Companies to PLMA Chicago for the First Time

The international private label trade show PLMA Chicago, following a three-year break, will open to exhibitors and visitors from November 13 to 15, and 18 Serbian companies from the food industry sector will present themselves at the National Stand of Serbia.

– This is the first time that Serbian companies, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS) and the Development Agency of Serbia (DAS), are exhibiting at this prestigious world show, and over 1,400 companies-exhibitors are expected at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center – points out Zorana Delic of the CCIS, as announced on the chamber’s website.

She adds that PLMA is an excellent opportunity for our companies to connect in one place with the leading customers in the American market.

– We expect intensive meetings with distributors, retail and wholesale traders, primarily supermarkets, traders of specialized goods, representatives of online commerce, importers, consultants, packaging and design experts from North America and the whole world – Delic points out.

The wide offer of Serbian products made from frozen fruit and vegetables, through jams, fruit spreads and juices, to sweets and products made from truffles will attract a large number of visitors, business partners, as well as representatives of store chains.

Over 20 national pavilions with over 300 international exhibitors will be presented at PLMA Chicago.

The fair is split into two units. One is dedicated to exhibitors of non-food health, beauty and home products, whereas the other is dedicated to food products.
