Sea Food Festival “Ada Bojana Days” from November 11 to December 11 in Zemun

Traditionally, this time of the year, the renowned fish restaurant “Sent Andrea” is organizing a festival of sea food specialties “Ada Bojana Days”.

Each day, local fishers will send fresh catch from the confluence of the Bojana in the Adriatic Sea to Sent Andrea, where the food will be prepared according to traditional recipes by the restaurant’s chefs and their colleagues from the famous restaurant Cickova Carda from Ada Bojana.

In addition to the most valued kinds of sea fish and sea food, Sent Andrea’s menu will also feature eel brudet, Ulcinj thinlip mullet, leerfish, little tunny and greater amberjack.

The Zemun coast of the Danube will exude a maritime atmosphere during the festival, and the guests will feel the warmth of the famous fish stew prepared using the well-kept recipe of chefs from Ada Bojana.

The “Ada Bojana Days” festival, with its unique concept, certainly brings the best that Ada has to unselfishly offer in terms of gastronomy. Thanks to its position, isolated from the civilization, and its unique natural ecosystem, Ada Bojana is a true paradise for all those who appreciate quality sea fish and sea food. The widely known offer of its restaurants is now also available to the citizens of Belgrade thanks to the “Ada Bojana Days” event.
