Representative hotel "Planinka" on Žabljak was sold for €2m to the Consortium made of HLT fund and Hotel-Tourist Company "Primorje" from Tivat.

The new owner announced that he would keep 29 employees and invest €8m in the hotel.

After the reconstruction, this Žabljak-based hotel should obtain four stars.

It now has 324 beds, 23,000 square meters of land, restaurants, night club and other necessary contents.
