Yura first hires people for management positions - 15 university graduates for Nis-based plant
In its plant that is under construction on an area of 20,000 square meters (17,000 of which will be under production halls) in the work zone Donje Medjurovo in Nis and should be put in operation in May at the latest, the South Korean company Yura is going to employ 1,150 people by the end of the year out of total of 1,500 people whose employment is planned and was earlier announced by the company.
As Director of the Nis-based office of the National Employment Agency Biserka Tosovic said at a press conference on Monday, the heads of the company Yura will in association with that office select and hire 15 university graduates from the records of the Agency in early February.
Namely, these people will form the management team of the plant in Nis so that they will, among the rest, have a task to select and hire 150 primary and vocational school graduates in February for the first phase of work. Employment of new workers will be continued in the months to come so that 1,150 people, mainly young citizens of Nis, will be working in the production halls of Yura in Donje Medjurovo at the end of this year.
