Chamber of Commerce of Serbia invites businessmen to Day of Serbian Economy in Hamburg, March 28-31, 2006

Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce of Hamburg and the Association for Central and Southeast Europe (OMV) from Hamburg, organizes “Day of Serbian Economy” in Hamburg on March 29, 2006, in the premises of this Chamber.

The delegation will consist of companies from the following sectors: aircraft industry (parts), IT technology, automobile industry (suppliers of parts), food industry (food and wine) and international trade.

In addtion to the port of Hamburg, significant companies, banks, insurance companies, transportation organizations from territory of Chamber of Commerce of Hamburg, the organizer would invite some other entrepreneurs from North Germany (Bremen, Hannover, Minster).

The meeting would include morning plenary part, in which the representatives of the delegation of Serbia would take part at the highest level, while the contact market, i.e. individual talks between our and appropriate German companies would be organized in the afternoon. (Schedule is enclosed)

Expenses for participation in the delegation amounts to €980 per person (in dinars on the day of payment). The expenses includes airline ticket Belgrade-Hamburg-Belgrade (Economy Class), hotel accommodation (three bed&breakfasts in Hamburg), organization of individual talks during the contact market (including the interpreting services), snack bar, as well as preparation and translation of the materials.

The businessmen of Serbia can submit filled questionnaires for participation in the delegation, as well as the application for payment prior to February 3rd, 2006.
