International Tender for Equipping of Hospital in Loznica Published – Procurement Worth Nearly EUR 9.3 Million

The Office for Public Investment Management had published the international invitation for the procurement of equipment for the General Hospital in Loznica.

According to the ad, the Republic of Serbia has signed loan agreements with the Council of Europe Development Bank for the financing of the project “Improvement of Health Care Infrastructure in Serbia” and it intends to use part of the proceeds from this loan for payments according to the agreement for the subproject General Hospital in Loznica.

The Office for Public Investment Management has invited qualified bidders to take part in the procurement of medical equipment which encompasses 11 lots, with the following estimated values:

Lot 1 – Endoscopic surgery and diagnostics, estimated value: EUR 614,225 without the VAT;
Lot 2 – Operating room and surgical instruments, estimated value: EUR 1,181,220 without the VAT;
Lot 3 – Anesthetic room and intensive care unit, estimated value: EUR 1,315,675 without the VAT;
Lot 4 – Ophthalmology, estimated value: EUR 563,420 without the VAT;
Lot 5 – Radiology, estimated value: EUR 1,190,000 without the VAT;
Lot 6 – Pathology laboratory, estimated value: EUR 353,362 without the VAT;
Lot 7 – Mobile diagnostics equipment, estimated value: EUR 722,665 without the VAT;
Lot 8 – Physical medicine, estimated value: EUR 44,030 without the VAT;
Lot 9 – Hospital furniture, estimated value: EUR 1,962,295 without the VAT;
Lot 10 – Sterilization, estimated value: EUR 900,155 without the VAT;
Lot 11 – IT equipment: EUR 436,885 without the VAT.

The procurement agreement will be signed with the best bidder in an international open procedure, in line with the terms set by the tendering documentation and all the other documents that will comprise an integral part of the agreement.

The realization of the agreement is expected in the period between December 2022 and March 2023.

The final deadline for the submission of bids is November 15, 2022, at 11 AM.
