Seeking Place for Industrial Zone in Zabalj – End Goal to Bring Foreign Investor

The forming of the industrial zone in Zabalj and the attraction of investments to the municipality were discussed at the meeting of the president of the municipality, Uros Radanovic, with representatives of the Development Agency of Vojvodina.

One of the most important topics at the meeting was to find a way for the agency to help the Municipality of Zabalj to develop its business zones for the purpose of attracting foreign direct investments.

The president of the municipality, Uros Radanovic, pointed out that both sides had agreed that the first step would be to define the most attractive area for the equipping and use as an industrial zone, which the Department for Urban Planning, Construction, Legalization and Transport is in charge of.

Further contacts to the end of the realization of concrete steps, which would have as their end goal the bringing of a suitable foreign investor, were agreed.
