(February 2006) GTC/Kardan Group and Colliers together again on projects Park apartmans and Avenue 19 on Novi Beograd

A development in New Belgrade combines the professional expertise of both the Residential and Commercial Departments of Colliers International. It is located in New Belgrade’s Block 19a and will be the second development of GTC (Kardan Group) in Serbia. Their first project, GTC House, for which Colliers was the exclusive leasing agent, is now fully functional with almost 100% occupancy.

Park Apartments

This development, the residential section of the Block 19a project, will consist of 166 apartment units with a total area of roughly 20,000 m2. The units range from studios to the most luxurious penthouse apartments, and range in area from 37 m2 to 180 m2. All apartments are for sale, with various amenities and underground garage available for the tenants. This development will be finished by the end of 2007. Colliers has established a separate office dealing exclusively with the sales process for these units, where our brokers are working hard to provide services to many clients whose new home address will be in Park Apartments.

19 Avenue
The commercial building will be located next to Park Apartments and will consist of 9 floors overlooking the Sava river with approximately 20,000 m2 gross rentable area. This class A office development will feature 2 levels of underground parking with approximately 300 places. Additional amenities include restaurants and various retail shops on the ground floor. Both open space and cellular offices are available for future tenants, thanks to the building’s flexibility and space efficiency. This exclusive landmark building will be ready for tenants from Q4 of 2007.
