Immopoint builds 15 residential facilities on Dedinje, completion of construction in March 2006

At the end of 2005, Colliers International started to implement another project for development of residentail complex on Dedinje in Belgrade. Local investor Immopoint has 15 residential facilities built. The average surface of the facilities is 240 square meters. They have beautiful joint yard and individual garages. The facilities will be completed prior to March 2006. At the moment, Colliers takes active part in finding buyers for this prestigious location.
