DAS Capital Group Planning Construction of Hotel and Golf Course in Vlasina – Investment to Be Worth Over EUR 500 Million

The investment fund DAS Capital Group plans the construction of a hotel, villas, a golf course, entertainment and sports, health ski-center, a marina and a commercial complex on the Vlasina Lake. The potential investment, which entails over 10,000 jobs, would be worth over EUR 500 million, according to the website of the Government of Serbia.

The minister without a portfolio in charge of the development of underdeveloped municipalities, Novica Toncev, met yesterday with representatives of the investment fund DAS Capital Group and the Institute for Nature Conservation of Serbia, where he discussed said investment.

– Environmental protection is the priority, and this way, Vlasina is becoming an ecological pearl of Europe. The importance of this project for our country is manifold and that is why our next step will be to meet with Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and President Aleksandar Vucic – he said.

On that occasion, Toncev pointed out that the south of Serbia was rich with natural and human resources and that it deserved to be the carrier of the economic development of Serbia.
