Continental Tobacco Starts Building Facilities in Subotica and Simanovci

Continental Tobacco, a famous Hungarian producer of cigarettes and cigarillos, has started, as previously announced, the construction of facilities in Subotica and Simanovci.

On the Szeged Road in Subotica, a ground-floor production and storage facility is being raised, with a total net area of 3,144.28 m2 and a gross developed area of 3,259.85 m2.

According to the confirmation of the registration of the works, the estimated value is RSD 140,000,000. The works are planned to be completed in early 2023.

A production and storage facility and a guardhouse are being built in Simanovci. The former will have a production section of 163.02 m2 of net area, a storage section of 11,518.15 m2 and also a business part of 1,300.22 m2. The total net area of the first facility is 12,981.39 m2, whereas the gross area is 13,531.43 m2. The building is to have a ground floor and an upper floor (partial in one section).

The guardhouse is a ground-floor facility with a net area of 20.84 m2 and a gross area of 31.28 m2.

The date of the completion of the works is March 2023.
