Zastava Tervo Buys Zastava Kamioni for RSD 182 Million

The Kragujevac-based company Zastava Tervo has bought Zastava Kamioni for RSD 182 million, according to an announcement made by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

The first sale was held yesterday at the Bankruptcy Center of the agency.

Zastava Kamioni was sold out of bankruptcy, as a legal entity, at the initial price of RSD 71.5 million.

The sale was advertised in June.

The company for the production of all-terrain vehicles Zastava Tervo (abbreviated from “Zastava Terenska Vozila”) was formed in 2017 by the decision of the Government of Serbia. According to the company’s website, Zastava Tervo started operating based on the experiences, the trained staff and the vehicles produced at the Zastava Kamioni factory.

The bankruptcy proceedings in Zastava Kamioni were initiated in 2018, due to the account being blocked. The company was owned by Zastava Vozila, also in bankruptcy since 2017.
