Bukovicka Banja Modernizing Indoor Bath and Building Annex with Pool, Spa Center and A La Carte Restaurant – Seeking Designer

Bukovicka Banja Arandjelovac has published the tender for the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction and extension of the facility of the indoor bath and the construction of an annex to the Special Rehabilitation Hospital at this spa.

According to the project task, within the indoor bath, the plan is to expand the commercial features, to fully reconstruct the part with water therapy processes with the use of Bukovicka Banja’s mineral water, to build locker rooms and to reconstruct the pools and install bath tubs and smaller pools for individual water therapy, and another elevator, additional sanitary units and the expansion of the restaurant with a buffet are planned as well, whereas the atrium will get a glass roof.

The construction of the annex is planned in the location of the existing boiler room, and it will feature an a la carte restaurant, rooms for 80-90 people, whereas the topmost floor will feature space for recreation, a pool and a mini spa center.

The value of the job is RSD 27.5 million.
