NID Projekt from Belgrade is building a trade complex, that is, a retail park, at 29 Dobracina Street in Surcin.

The estimated value of the works, according to the building permit, is RSD 176,071,120.

The completion of the works is expected in November 2022.

The project for the building permit was prepared by the company Holon from Belgrade.
