New owner of 63% of stocks of company Tri Grozda is Mosaic Catering, which spent 430 million CSD on procurement of this company. Other potential buyers were Uno royal, Mankop and Nelt.

Tri Grozda was founded back in 1951. It has 550 workers and 40 catering facilities and it is the biggest catering company in the south of Europe.
