INTELITY and Incode Technologies Announcing Strategic Partnership

INTELITY, a hospitality management platform which aims to secure good guest experience, recently announced at the HITEC Orlando 2022 fair a strategic partnership with Incode Technologies, a Serbian-Mexican startup headquartered in San Francisco, California, a leader in identity confirmation technologies.

In order to further upgrade hotel operations with a safe, secure and reliable registration process, the integration partnership with Incode will meet the demands of hotels for full identity confirmation and enable the verification of the guest’s personal documents during the registration phase through any INTELITY mobile app, whether it’s a natural person or a legal person, as announced in the press release by Incode.

Hotel guests who need advanced identification check will experience an easier process of mobile registration, it is added. Before the guests arrive to the location, they will be asked to confirm their identity through the INTELITY mobile app and Incode’s platform. Hotels are able to automate the process of confirming the guest’s identity with the help of Incode so as to confirm the legitimacy of the presented personal data, practically eliminating human error. The demands that must be met, such as the age threshold, will be checked during the registration process so as to ensure full harmonization. Incode also secured automated creation of a digital identity for the guest’s profile for the use of the hotel’s features and the manner of payment, fulfilling the goal of INTELITY of securing fully contactless operations for the industry.
