CBRE SEE Appointed Monika Gajewska as Head of A&T Office Services in Bulgaria

Monika Gajewska has been appointed Head of Advisory & Transaction Office Services in Bulgaria at CBRE South Eastern Europe (CBRE SEE). In her new role, Monika will focus on strengthening cooperation with existing clients and increasing company’s market share, providing investors and occupiers top quality property advisory services.

On this occasion, Boško Tomašević, Managing Director at CBRE SEE, stated:

– With almost ten years of experience in the Office Market and advisory and transaction services, with successes far across the Southeastern Europe region, as well as excellent managerial skills, I’m confident Monika is the best person for this role and that she will achieve outstanding results. I am especially happy because Monika joined our team at the beginning of the operations in the SEE region and this promotion is a great example of how CBRE is fostering and advancing its talents.

Monika Gajewska, Head of A&T Office Services in Bulgaria, emphasized:

– I am honored to have been entrusted with such an important role, especially given the prospects and opportunities offered by the office markets in Sofia and Bulgaria. Having in mind most companies are striving to return their operations to the office buildings, but with implementing hybrid way of working, we are facing a very active and challenging market. The ESG requirements, as well as the demand for flexible work scheme, and growing demand for co-working office space, will drive the evolution of the office class standards in the upcoming period. With our knowledge of the local business environment, combined with the experience and resources of the global CBRE network, I am confident that we will contribute to the significant development of Bulgarian Office Market.

As Gajewska stated, CBRE SEE will also focus on expanding Advisory & Transaction Office Services team in Bulgaria.

CBRE SEE rapidly made an expansion into a market-leading firm and opened its offices throughout the region: first in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the end of 2019, then in Zagreb, Croatia, in April 2021, and at the beginning of 2022. in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
