Srecko Nakic - New Director of Droga Kolinska

The new CEO of Droga Kolinska is Srecko Nakic who replaced Slobodan Vucicevic in that position.

The appointment of Nakic has been confirmed by the newly appointed Supervisory Board of Droga Kolinska, in which the majority of votes are held by Croatian Atlantic Group.

Srecko Nakic will also stay in the position of the Vice-President of Atlantic Group in charge of distribution.

The Supervisory Board has also canceled the decision on appointment of KPMG Slovenia as the audit company for business year 2010 so that this year's business results of Droga Kolinska will be revised by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Nakic started his career in Atlantic Group in 1994 and participated in all phases of the company's development. He was first working as a commercial representative at Atlantic Trade and was quickly promoted to the regional director for the coastal sector. After that, he was in charge of the distribution of frozen goods. In 2002, he assumed the position of the Vice-President of Atlantic Trade and was in charge of trade and distribution in the Croatian market.
