Montenegro to get third mobile operator

The Telecommunications Agency announced that, in addition to companies “Pro Monte” and “Monet”, Montenegro would get the third mobile telephony operator this year.

"It is a famous and respectable company at the world level", said manager of the Telecommunications Agency, Zoran Sekulić, in the interview for Podgorica’s “Vijesti”.

According to the words of Sekulić, the tender for issuing of license for the third mobile telephony operator will be announced before May.

According to the data provided by the afforementioned Agency, there are over 550,000 users of mobile telephones in Montenegro, which is more than 90% of the population of that REpublic. Company "Pro Monte" has bigger number of users.
