Spaghetti to go - GoPasta from the Netherlands seek franchise partners in Serbia

At the time of the economic crisis, experts estimate that the fast food industry has the biggest chances not only to survive, but also to make profit. That may be the reason why Dutch company Go Pasta has recently decided to expand the business to the market of Serbia by granting franchises. Because, as they say, hunger does not choose either place or time. Since people have to eat, it is more likely that they will decide to take fast food or a meal to go due to the reduced budget and the accelerated tempo of life.

Brand-company Go Pasta brings an Italian fast food recipe, with high-quality fresh pasta, dips and sauces. "It's all about details" is the motto of this company, which was formed in 2005 by two Dutch entrepreneurs - Helga van der Horst and Michael Eckhart.

They were of the opinion that every detail has its purpose. They carefully chose, tested and evaluated all items and colors. Ever since, Go Pasta has been growing at an accelerated pace and it has developed a brand whose premiere appearance in Serbia took place during the First International Franchise Expo.

What does franchise bring

In an interview for eKapija, the company's representatives explained that, by purchasing their franchise, the buyer would get an easily recognizable and modern concept that can be used in stores, shopping centers, or as a mobile unit at various events.

Tasty and affordable dishes are served in attractive bawls that keep the food warm for up to 30 minutes. The offer includes various types of original Italian pasta, supplemented by a line of fresh-prepared dips, sauces, sandwiches and salads. In addition to everything mentioned above, consumers are also offered a number of natural juices, coffees and other beverages.

Go Pasta offers its franchisees a validated formula, comprehensive manual, excellent training and assistance, website design and online shop, free delivery to all restaurants, marketing support, innovations and profit.

The company operates in several ways and, therefore, offers four types of business units through its franchise: Go Pasta Express (a unit at about 50 square meters where you can only take food to go), Go Pasta Cafe (a unit at about 100 square meters where you can take food to go or eat it on the spot), Go Pasta Shop within a store" (which generates additional income and is suitable mainly for shopping centers) and Go Pasta Event (an option for catering business, delivery of food for various events)

Growing market

When asked how they have decided to come to our market and where they see their chance, they say:

- In spite of the conditions in the economy sector lately, the fast food industry still makes profit, which is a proof that there is a growing market for Go Pasta's small imaginative meals. Go Pasta represents an alternative because consumers are rarely spending money on expensive meals in traditional restaurants, but they still demand quality and speed. Go Pasta is an excellent option because the food can be ordered on the Internet and delivered very fast.

Go Pasta products do not contain any artificial colors and flavor intensifiers, and they are mainly made of natural ingredients.

Go Pasta facilities are currently situated in the Netherlands and Belgium and, as we've been told, they will soon appear in the markets of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.

The way in which it is possible to enter the world of Go Pasta is through a direct franchise unit, a master franchise agreement, or through a county franchise. The agreement is signed for the period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension.

If you want a facility at 50 square meters, an average investment in a franchise unit amounts to about 60,000 euros, plus the price of the franchise license, which costs 15,000 euros.
