Zastava Kamioni Selling Immovable Property – Initial Price RSD 71.74 Million

The company Zastava Kamioni from Kragujevac has advertised the first sale of immovable property at an initial price of RSD 71.74 million.

The immovable property consists of building on four parcels KP no. 7405/140, 7405/59, 7405/65 and 7405/140. The facilities from the first parcel that have been put up for sale are:

– A metal-processing industry building of 260 m2,
– A warehouse of parts and semi-products of 1,040.90 m2.

On the second parcel, a metal-processing industry building of 26 m2 has been offered.

On the third parcel, the offer consists of a building of 140 m2, whereas, on the fourth parcel, a building of 27 m2 is being sold.

The public bidding is scheduled for May 24.
