Vranje Looking for Partner for Replacement of Public Lighting System – Job Worth Around EUR 4 Million

The City of Vranje has published the tender for the selection of a private partner for the replacement and maintenance of a part of the public lighting system through the implementation of energy saving measures in the territory of the City.

The agreement has no elements of a concession, and the job is worth RSD 477.2 million (around EUR 4 million).

The reconstruction of public lighting in Vranje encompasses the replacement of a total of 6,178 of a total of 7,678 lights which comprise the entire public lighting system (1,500 are LED lights and floodlights whose replacement is not justified).

The aim is to reduce CO2 emissions and the operating costs of the functioning of the lighting system.
