Concrete Factory in Smederevo up for Sale

The bankruptcy supervisor of Jugovo Company from Smederevo has advertised the sale of property through public bidding.

The subject of the sale is movable and immovable property consisting of: a facility for the production of rock, gravel, sand and construction material, that is, a concrete factory of 555 m2, and a laboratory with a workshop of 429 m2. The initial price of the first facility is RSD 1,794,328, and of the second one RSD 2,998,162.

To take part, it is necessary to purchase the sales documentation and pay the deposit, which amounts to RSD 717,731 for the first piece of immovable property and RSD 1,199,265 for the second one.

The public bidding will take place on May 5 at the building of the Commercial Court in Pozarevac.
