Simpo Selling Equipment, Land and Production Facilities in Cicevac at Initial Price of RSD 143.7 Million

Simpo AD Vranje has advertised the sale of movable and immovable property through the method of bid collection, at an initial price of RSD 143.7 million.

The offer consists of 16 pieces of immovable property in Cicevac, among others, dry material halls, drying plants, a boiler room, a steam room, a sawmill, the head office building and auxiliary buildings, as well as land of a total area of 23,951 m2 and equipment, inventory and furniture.

The opening of bids is scheduled for April 12.
