CBRE SEE Continues to Expand – Office in Slovenia Launched

CBRE South Eastern Europe (CBRE SEE), direct subsidiary of CBRE Group Inc, announced the establishment of a new local office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

The outstanding achievements of CBRE SEE in the region, which are reflected in the largest market share in all business activities, as well as the opportunities provided by the Slovenian real estate market, resulted in the decision to open a fourth local office in Southeast Europe. Although the company has already operated in this market, in this way CBRE SEE will strengthen the coverage of its services.

On the occasion of the opening of new office Boško Tomašević, Managing Director, CBRE SEE, said:

– The continuation of the expansion is a clear indicator of the progress of our company, but also of the development of the real estate market in the region. I am especially pleased that the opening of the office in Ljubljana comes less than a year after our expansion in Croatia. CBRE SEE rapidly made an expansion into a market-leading full scope property firm. Prior to opening office in Ljubljana, CBRE SEE opened its office in Sofia, Bulgaria at the end of 2019, as in Zagreb, Croatia, in April 2021.
