Contest for Replacement of Joinery in Palilula Territory Extended – New Application Deadline March 5

The Energy Secretariat of the City of Belgrade has extended the contest for the co-financing of the measures of energy efficiency in family houses and residential buildings in the territory of the municipality of Palilula.

Instead of January 28, the contest is open until March 5.

Let us remind that, for the measures of procurement and installation of exterior windows and doors with the accompanying construction works on residential buildings, family houses and apartments, the total planned funds of Belgrade and Serbia are RSD 20 million. The maximum participation of the city must not exceed 50% of the total amount with the VAT.

The right of participation in this public invitation is given to the residents and homeowner associations, owners who live in a family house or an apartment in the territory of the municipality of Palilula, on the right side of the Danube, in the area between the following streets: Kralja Aleksandra Blvd, Takovska Street, Vojvode Dobrnjca Street, Poenkareova Street, Despota Stefana Street, Cvijiceva Street and Ruzveltova Street, with the exception of the “Profesorska kolonija” (“Professors’ Colony”) area, which is under previous protection and is a spatial cultural-historical unit.
