The company Galvano-Proizvod d.o.o., with an office-residential complex, has been put up for sale.

The complex is located in Vojka near Stara Pazova, in a very attractive location. It is only nine kilometers away from the E-70 highway and 8.3 km from E-75.

Galvano-Proizvod is a company whose main activity is galvanization. It was founded in 1988 and has operated successfully since. It currently has four employees and a large number of satisfied clients. The employees have years of experience and their dedication to the work has contributed to the company’s great success.

It has a semi-automatic line designed for cold galvanization. The line’s dimensions are 8000 x 2000 x 3500 mm. The treatment is done by submerging the pieces in tubs which contain zinc salts and zinc anodes, which are dissolved through electrolysis and applied to the metal. The proportions of a tub are 1000 x 600 x 800 mm.

The company owns regularly serviced equipment necessary for its operations. In addition to active equipment, there’s also a great number of parts and machines as spare elements for flawless operations.

The technology for waste water processing has been established, enabling continued operations at a high ecological level. As for the vehicles, the company owns Fiat Doblo and Dacia Logan vehicles.

The area of the parcel on which the complex is located is 2,196 m2, and the facilities cover slightly under 479 m2. All the facilities are registered, and free space ideal for extension is available as well.

The complex features a business building with a warehouse with a total area of 433 m2, with a ground floor and an upper floor, a waste water treatment facility of 128.75 m2, a substation and residential facility of 260 m2.

The ground floor of the business building features a galvanization facility, a finished goods warehouse, a room for the acceptance of goods, a warehouse of secondary raw materials, a tool house and a space for the employees’ rest. The upper floor features an office, a tea kitchen and a warehouse.

The waste water treatment facility features two rooms for filters, a storage space and a measuring room. This is a flow-through waste water treatment system, fully automated, with output concentrations flowing into the receptacle. The processed water is let into the nearby canal.

The residential facility consists of four bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room, a pantry, a hallway, a staircase, balconies and a loft. It was built from solid materials in the early 1980s.
