Kaludjerica gets modern shopping complex with 34 outlets on October 21
Belgrade-based ImmoPoint will open at noon on October 21, 2010, a shopping center worth 8 million euros in Kaludjerica. At the total of 10,000 square meters, on several levels, various interesting contents for both shopping and entertainment will be available to the visitors.
Some of the stores that will be opened in the new complex in Kaludjerica are: Fitex, Ofy Toys, Brankodex, Atrattivo, Diopta, Tehnomarket, Alter Obuca, AnMari wedding dresses, Menda, Stampa Sistem, Delizia, Telenor. Consumers will also enjoy the offer of a Roda supermarket, the services of Societe General Bank, Martini coffee shop, VIP exchange office, Opi beauty parlor, Primax pharmacy, etc.
In addition to the entertainment, the new shopping center will also significantly contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life of the people living in Kaludjerica and neighboring places. About 200 people will get jobs at 34 outlets in the complex.
"This investment worth 8 million euros is not the only one that will change the look of Kaludjerica and its neighborhood. ImmoPoint is also thinking about the youngest citizens. The company will invest in the renovation of the kindergarten and installation of a video monitoring system, which will raise the level of security of kids in that institution", reads the company's statement.
