DJELIC: Half million euros for tourist complex in Rekovac

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic said that about half million euros from the Development Fund would be invested in the construction of a tourist-hotel complex in Rekovac and that the Government of Serbia would also back other development projects of that municipality.
After the meeting with Rekovac Mayor Dragan Prodanovic, Djelic pointed out that the investments in tourism and catering were among the priority projects and that efforts would be put into attracting subventions for the newly created jobs.
Djelic announced that the request of the municipality of Rekovac for implementation of EUR 170,000 worth of project from the European Exchange 3 programme for year 2011 would also be backed, which would enable the modernization of the municipality in association with its sister municipality of Slovenske Toplice in Slovenia.
