Construction of the Factory Worth 15 mil EUR Starts in Vršac – Czech Company Invests in Plastic Parts Manufacturing

Construction of the new plastic parts producing facility for the IMG manufacturing doo, a part of the Czech Republic`s IMG Bohemia, commenced yesterday at "Tehnološki park" industrial zone in Vršac.

The investment comprises three phases worth EUR 15 million in total. The first phase that started today is worth EUR 5 million, and its completion is planned for October 2022, as well as the beginning of production at the factory. Second and third phase, worth EUR 5 million each, are planned for 2023 and 2024, respectively.

The investment was subsidized by the state, which paid 1.839.000 EUR.

Czech company intends to manufacture a variety of plastic products there, including reservoirs, and platic parts for cars, trucks and buses.
