Expo Real in Munich from October 4 to 6 - Serbia's booth at the real estate and investment fair
The Export Promotion Agency, the Vojvodina Investment Promotion (VIP) Fund, the representatives of cities and municipalities from Serbia will appear at one of the world's most significant real estate and investment fairs - 2010 Expo Real, which will be held in Munich from October 4 to 6.
Within the scope of its fifth appearance at Expo Real, the VIP Fund will present the available locations and the best solutions for their realization, tax and financial easements and other benefits granted to foreign businessmen when investing in the real estate sector in Vojvodina. Besides, a series of B2B meetings scheduled in advance will be held with potential investors.
At the booth shared with the Republic Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), the offers will also be presented by the municipalities of Apatin, Bac, Indjija, Ruma, Stara Pazova and the City of Zrenjanin as the partners of the VIP Fund. They will present their most significant investment projects such as industrial zones Rumska Petlja (the Ruma cloverleaf interchange), Ecka 1 and Ecka 2 in Zrenjanin, Small Economy Zone in Bac, etc.
At the national booth of Serbia (Hall B2, no. 314), which occupies the surface area of 132 square meters and is named "Serbia–The Real Opportunity", investment projects will be presented by three real estate companies, the representatives of four cities, as well as five agencies specializing in attracting investments.
The companies that will present themselves in Munich are Zepter Real Estate, Silver Lake Investment and PFB (PSP-Farman), while the four cities that will also appear at the event are Kragujevac, Nis, Novi Sad and Subotica. In addition to them, the Directorate for Building Land and Development of Belgrade, the National Tourism Development Corporation and the Regional Agency for Development of Eastern Serbia will also participate in the expo.
On the second day of the fair, an investment conference on the real estate investment opportunities in Serbia will be held, the speakers at which will be the ministers in the Government of Serbia - Mladjan Dinkic and Oliver Dulic, SIEPA Director Bozidar Laganin, as well as Merill Lynch/MPC Director Robert Schwizer and Director of King Sturge's Belgrade-based Office Srdjan Vujicic.
