No Purchasers Interested in Fabrika Vode Zrenjanin – New Sale on December 24, 50% Cheaper

The business facilities, equipment and parking spaces of Fabrika Vode (Water Factory) in Zrenjanin were not sold today, because there were no interested purchasers. The sale was organized electronically, and the public enforcement officer Dragan Nikolic, who had scheduled the sale, said that a new one was scheduled for December 24 and that, in the second round, it would be sold at 50% of its estimated value.

The public enforcement officer had estimated the property of Fabrika Vode at RSD 834.7 million, and at the first sale, the factory was offered for 70% of the value.

Fabrika Vode is being sold in the process of enforcement launched by Erste Bank, as the main creditor of the company.
