Price of Russian Gas for Serbia to Stay at USD 270 in Next Six Months, as Agreed at Meeting of Vucic and Putin

We have achieved something, we have managed to get a price of USD 270 for gas in the next six months, that is, the price remains the same, and we got greater quantities of gas in that period, said the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, following the meeting with the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, in Sochi.

– He said that everything would be alright, and there are elements indicating that, after those six months, we will have larger quantities and a good price – Vucic said.

Even after the six-month period, Serbia will have a remarkably good price of gas, Vucic said.

– This is a salvation for us. We will have no problems with either electricity, or gas, or heating, or the overall supply. President Putin has helped us a lot with his approach. It was my suggestion, and he accepted it – the president said.
