City to Invest RSD 850 Million in Equipping Business Zone in Surcin – Looking for Contractors

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has opened the tender for the contractor for the equipping of the location of the business zone in Surcin.

The value of the works has been estimated at RSD 850 million.

The tender encompasses the first phase of the works, which, among other things, entails the construction of traffic routes.

Bids may be submitted by December 22, 2021, and more details can be found HERE.
