Grcic: Electricity Prices Not to Increase for Citizens at Least Until Mid-2022

The price of electricity for citizens is sure not to increase by the end of the current year and at least until mid-2022, the acting director of EPS, Milorad Grcic, said today.

– The price of electricity for citizens is not planned to increase and citizens can be at ease – Grcic said for TV Prva.

He says that “the stable situation in Serbia is down to the excellent planning within EPS, that is, taking care of each production capacity, as well as the support of representatives of the authorities in preserving all the capacities, both thermal and hydrological ones”.

– This has led to the fact that Serbia now produces its own electricity and that is the main reason why Serbia has electricity. Thanks to that, we can tell all the citizens of Serbia not to worry in the upcoming period, that they will have electricity, at the current price at that, which is the lowest one in Europe – Grcic said.
