Fabrika za obradu stakla Zvezda in Zemun Put up for Sale for RSD 223.5 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of Fabrika za obradu stakla Zvezda in Zemun has advertised the sale of this bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity by the method of public bidding.

The most important property of the Zvezda glass factory consists of buildings in Zemun Polje, namely, a hall, a restaurant, a guardhouse, several warehouses and an office building. The offer also includes three outlets in Palilula, as well as production equipment with office furniture, and the initial price is RSD 223.5 million.

The public bidding will be held on November 25, 2021.
