Vranjska Banja to Get New Tourist Complex – Plan Includes Construction of Bungalows, Pools, Summer Vacation Houses…

The construction of a new tourist complex is planned in Vranjska Banja, and the project encompasses a parcel with 2,136 m2.

As said, the parcel is located in an attractive area with a good position and has all the elements of a tourist-hospitality complex on an agricultural property.

The design includes traffic routes, a parking lot, accommodation facilities, hospitality facilities with gardens, footpaths, a pool and a children’s playground. The property is planned to be fenced off and to feature greenery.

A parking lot and a gate with entrances for pedestrians and vehicles are planned at the entrance. The main footpath extends from there. The complex consists of two accommodation bungalows, a store – an ethnic market, four summer vacation houses in the function of covering the dining space, one summer vacation house in the function of a bar with an accompanying garden, a pool with the accompanying area and the auxiliary features, such as a playground and spaces for stay and gatherings.

The bungalows will have an area of 21.93 m2 and be built as free-standing facilities with a single (ground) floor. A bungalow will consist of a lobby, a living room and a bathroom. Its function meets the basic requirements for the stay and accommodation of the visitors.

The store – ethnic market, consists of retail space and a canopied section.

The bar with a garden is located in the central part of the complex.

The summer vacation houses feature a wooden structure, adapted to the ethnic motif that is present in the whole complex.

The parking lot is located at the very entrance to the complex. The design envisages nine parking spaces on the parcel, one of which is reserved for people with special needs.

The investor is Goran Markovic, and the project was prepared by Projektant 017, a company from Vranje.
