According to the specification stated in the ad, initially, the plan is to install 200 applications, whereby each municipality in Serbia should get at least one counter for the issuing of the Digital Green Certificate. Also, the plan is for the number of the counter units to increase to 500 in the upcoming period.
It is added that the service will entail the visual identification of the users based on valid ID cards or passports and the transaction within the app, after which the confirmation of the vaccination against the coronavirus and the test results will be printed out in black and white on an A4 paper.
The company which gets the job of equipping the counters will be obliged to provide all the technical conditions for smooth operations. It will have to equip each work place with a desk, a chair, a computer, an internet connection and, finally, it will be obliged to install the application.
Bids may be sent by November 18.
