SK Tini apartments are of various structures: studio apartments, one- and two-room apartments. Floor area goes up to 78 m2. The number of floors is: ground floor + elevated floor + 5 floors + loft.

Apartments in Kumbor

Herc Invest is also proud to present its facility on the Montenegrin seaside, in the increasingly popular Kumbor. The facility consists of 12 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, and floor areas ranging from 48 m2 to 98 m2.

The apartments are spread on four levels, with three apartments on each floor. All the apartments have a secured parking space within the parking garage on the underground floor, from which each level of the facility is reachable by an electric elevator.
