Jovica Stefanović Nini bought Niš-based Prosveta

Company Nini, which is owned by businessman Jovica Stefanović from Niš, bought company Prosveta from Niš at the yesterday's auction at starting price of 35.5 million CSD. Stefanović also owns companies Jaka from Radoviš, Jugoremedija and Luxol from Zrenjanin, Vetprom from Novi Sad, Medela from Vrbas, Žitomlin from Niš and it also bought some stocks of Niška Pivara (Niš's brewery) and several other companies in Serbia. The debts of Prosveta, which deals with publishing of books and brochures, amount to 229.9 million CSD.
