New Complex Lastavice in Attractive New Belgrade Location – Czech Company UDI Building Modern Residential-Office Space

The residential-office complex Lastavice is the first among the projects that the Czech company Urban Developers and Investors (UDI) will present itself with to the Serbian market. With 30 years of experience in the construction of residential and office buildings, shopping centers and logistics parks, this company is currently developing projects in four European countries. In addition to the Czech Republic, they also operate in Serbia, Poland and Hungary.

The Lastavica project, featuring a modern design, is located in the New Belgrade Block 58, consists of two facilities on two building parcels and is designed as an “L” shape, as two independent wholes.

The functional modern architecture which is expressed through the pronounced horizontal character of the façade, whereby the new complex fits into the old core of New Belgrade, is the result of the cooperation of the Czech Hlaváček & Partner Studio and the renowned local architectural studio ZAP.

Teams of professionals worked with great dedication in all phases of the development of this project, taking care of each detail. The result are well organized and well-lit apartments and business apartments of various structures, from single-room to four-room apartments, a spacious underground garage on three levels and outlets suitable for various forms of business.

A direct connection with Jurija Gagarina Street, the close proximity of the Gazela bridge and the E-75 highway, as well as the Ada Bridge, will attract urban, business and family people to this well-designed concept.

The Delta City shopping center, a large number of hypermarkets, private clinics, schools and kindergartens that are located in the immediate surroundings facilitate everyday activities and give an additional quality to the life in this location.


Developed green areas on the plaza in front of the facility, pedestrian and bicycle lanes, as well as the proximity of the Sava Wharf, offer various entertainment and recreational features, making this part of the city extremely attractive to people of various interests and ages.
