Securitas in Montenegro – Swedish group completed acquisition of Budva-based Guardian Security
Securitas, the company engaged in provision of services in the field of private security, has taken over Montenegrin Guardian Security and, thus, continued expansion of that Swedish group on the territory of the Balkans.
Guardian Security was formed in 2003. Its headquarters is in Budva, it has a business unit in Niksic, and it is, currently, the market leader on the territory of Republic of Montenegro in the field of security and protection.
Guardian Security has about 600 employees who are professionally trained to provide all services of security and protection. The company's staff receives professional training at the Police Academy and in the Ministry of Interior in Danilovgrad. Guardian Security permanently organizes courses for all of its members, which are held by experts engaged in security and defensive activities. Also, the company cooperates excellently with the Mountain Rescue Service and Ski organization Javorak.
