Tender for Preparation of Project for Repair of Runway and Construction of Taxiway and Platform at Ponikve Airport

The company Aerodromi Srbije has opened the tender for the preparation of the project-technical documentation for the repair of the runway, the turn, the taxiways, the basic runway, the drainage system, the cable-based sewer system and the construction of a taxiway and a platform at the Ponikve Airport.

As recently announced by the director of Aerodromi Srbije, Mihajlo Zdravkovic, the Government of Serbia will invest RSD 300 million in the Ponikve Airport this year.

The runway was built in 1983. According to the project task, the first phase of the project will entail the repair of the damaged parts of one part of the runway made during the NATO bombing, the second phase will entail the repair of the remaining part of the runway and the connecting taxiway, and the third phase will entail the construction of the lane structure of the new taxiway as a connection of the repaired part of the taxiway with the new platform, as well as the construction of a new platform.
