Competition for Srbolek, Jovica Stefanović Nini against company Sofarm Bulgaria, who will win ?

The oldest Serbian pharmaceutical company Srbolek will either become the property of Bulgarian pharmaceutical company Sofarm, or its owner will be Jovica Stefanović Nini (Jugoremedija Zrenjanin, Jaka Radoviš Macedonia...). Namely, Nini started to purchase stocks and it already owns 31% of stocks. Nini managed to buy these stocks because it increased price from 800 to 1,638 CSD and it keeps raising the price by 20% on daily basis. Sofarm does not have right to buy stocks on stock exchange while its offer is still valid. It is not known whether Share Fund will offer its stocks for sale on stock exchange.
