Water Park at Silver Lake Planned – Municipality Seeking Investor for Beach Location

The Municipality of Veliko Gradiste has put land of 200 m2 at Silver Lake up for lease (with the possibility of occupancy of water surface of up to 2,000 m2), for the purpose of the establishment of a water park. The space is provided for temporary use for 10 years, at an initial price of RSD 1.30 per square meter a day.

Access from the beach to the water surface is in the zone of the existing water polo and beach volleyball fields, and for the purpose of establishing an entertainment facility on the water surface – “an inflatable city”.

Light movable street furniture may be installed in the location (stands, chairs, parasols etc.), except the kind of furniture that emits strong light, produces noise or disturbs other users of the beach in any other way.

The future user needs to obtain all the necessary permits and authorizations concerning the operations of the water park, which pertain to the health and safety of the employees and the users, as well as to environmental protection.

Public bidding will be held on March 25, 2021.
