Skyline Commercial Annex Opens Doors for the First Tenants

One of the most famous new landmarks in the capital Skyline Belgrade, developed by AFI Europe, has after a successful move-in of the first residential tower, finished its second phase of the construction of a commercial 3-floor building, totaling over 3,800 sq m of NLA of prime office and retail space, located within the central piazzetta of the complex.

It is a pleasure to announce that the first lease acquisition has been signed and that around 30% of the commercial annex D has been leased to a renowned domestic engineering and manufacturing company Termovent, with an assistance of the leading real estate consultancy in Serbia - CBS International, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Group as a leasing representative. The company Termovent for nearly 30 years specializes as the leader in the manufacturing of Air Handling Units – HVAC, Clean Rooms and Service Engineering.
