From tonight until Monday, March 22, all facilities will be closed in Serbia, except for food stores, pharmacies and gas stations, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic announced after the session of the Crisis Response Team, RTS reports.

According to her, the numbers are stagnating and this is meant as support to health workers.

The Novosti daily reports that she emphasized that there was no curfew or any movement restriction.

– This is a compromise. It depends on us all whether it is to be extended. I appeal to everyone to be disciplined – she said, as reported by RTS.

It will be known on Monday whether the new measures are to be extended or not, Blic writes.
